Return window
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons opened skincare cannot be returned. If a product caused a reaction or arrived defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email sales@avivskincare.com within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and item. We’ll replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
